Were looking for a German speaking Technical Lead to join an AI Robotics Company

We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy individual to join a fast-paced AI robotics start-up to lead the Cloud team. Were looking for experienced candidates with both strong technical understanding and leadership experience in a start-up environment. In this role, you will lead, coach, and develop tech team members. While the technical understanding is the key, hands-on coding will not be required.

Responsibilities:
Foster collaboration and mentor engineers across different specialisations.
Drive technical direction and ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions.
Oversee the full lifecycle of development - from prototyping and experimentation to deployment at scale.

Requirements:

Strong engineering background: at least 4 years of DevOps experience
Experience in a leadership role in a start-up environment
Domain expertise in Cloud & Infrastructure: GCP, distributed systems, REST APIs
Ability to lead and mentor technical teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Strong systems-thinking mindset with experience integrating multiple technologies into cohesive solutions.
