We’re working with a public sector organisation seeking an experienced SuiteCRM Developer to support a high-impact CRM transformation project. This is a fully remote, contract role with an initial 6 months of work and potential for extension.

Key Details:

Start Date: ASAP (subject to BPSS clearance)
Location: Remote (occasional site visits to Coventry, if required)
Rate: Up to £(Apply online only)/day (Inside IR35)
Contract Length: Rolling monthly contract (initial 6 months)
Role Overview: You’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom CRM solutions using SuiteCRM. This includes module development, API integrations, and performance tuning. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly CRM functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

Custom development of SuiteCRM modules, workflows, and plug-ins
API integrations (REST/SOAP) with third-party systems
Troubleshooting and performance optimisation
Technical documentation and adherence to coding best practices
Required Skills:

8+ years of SuiteCRM or SugarCRM development experience
Strong PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and MVC framework knowledge
Experience with Git and CRM database schema
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Desirable:

CI/CD and cloud deployment experience (AWS/Azure)
Agile delivery experience (e.g., Jira)
Understanding of sales, marketing, and customer support processes
