Salutem is a fast-growing, acquisitive group that has grown out of a number of different businesses with different backgrounds and processes. We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to grow our Power BI reporting platform, automate data processes across our whole business, and develop our first large-scale, model-driven Power Apps.
You’ll collaborate with stakeholders from across the business to harness the power of data in every one of our systems, streamline workflows, boost insights and influence decisions. Strong communication skills will be key to your success. And you’ll need to quickly understand a variety of business processes as you become an expert in how our systems work, and how they can work better together.
This is a critical role to ensure the longevity and efficiency of our reporting processes.

As our SQL Developer / Database Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing and managing our data infrastructure. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to streamline workflows, automate reporting, and deliver actionable insights that drive decision-making.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Data Modelling: Design and implement dimensional data models using Kimball methodologies.
ETL Development: Build and maintain SSIS packages to support robust ETL processes.
Azure Management: Oversee our Azure environment for performance, security, and scalability.
BI Solutions: Deliver high-quality reports focused on shifts, care, and finance.
Automation: Use Power Platform, SharePoint, SSIS, and Data Factory to automate reporting processes.
Documentation & Training: Create clear documentation and train users to access and interpret reports.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships across departments to understand and meet data needs.
Support & Troubleshooting: Provide expert support for Power BI, Power Query, and SQL issues.
DevOps: Manage code and workflows using Azure DevOps.
Data Cleansing: Ensure data accuracy by identifying and correcting inconsistencies.What We’re Looking For
