Location: Binn Farm, Glenfarg, Perth, PH2 9PX
Salary: Up to £13.60 per hour + Overtime at £18.13 per hour + Weekly Pay
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 3:30pm (45 hours per week). Weekend overtime available.

Shunter Driver – The Role
Are you an experienced HGV Driver with a can-do attitude, looking for a stable, site-based role with regular hours Binn Group, Scotland’s largest privately owned resource and waste management provider, is looking for a Hooklift / RoRo Shunter Driver to join our busy recycling operations at Binn Eco Park in Glenfarg.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Safely operating a 32-tonne 8-wheel hook-loader type vehicle
• Servicing roll-on/roll-off (RoRo) containers across site-based recycling operations
• Liaising closely with recycling teams to schedule container movements
• Completing pre-start daily checks to ensure vehicle compliance
• Maintaining a clean and safety-conscious working environment
What We’re Looking For:
• Valid Class 2 / Category C HGV Licence – essential
• Experience working with hooklift or RoRo systems (preferred, but not essential)
• Ability to work independently and follow schedules
• A proactive and reliable attitude
• Willingness to learn – training will be provided
