Job Title: Senior Backend .NET Developer
Location: Hybrid - Bristol
Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 + Great Bonus and Benefits

About the Role
We're looking for a talented Senior .NET Developer to join a highly secure, product-focused organisation operating in a fast-paced and innovative environment. The role is predominantly backend-focused, using C#, .NET Core, Azure, and Kubernetes, with occasional exposure to React on the frontend. You'll be working alongside a collaborative engineering team, building high-quality, secure, and high-performing products that have real impact.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using .NET Core.
Deploy and manage applications in Azure with Kubernetes for scalability and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a product-focused environment.
Ensure high standards of security, performance, and maintainability.
Support continuous improvement by introducing new ideas, tools, and practices.

Skills & Experience Required

Proven experience as a backend developer using .NET Core.
Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services and Kubernetes.
Experience building scalable, resilient applications in a fast-paced environment.
Exposure to frontend frameworks such as React (nice to have, not essential).
Strong understanding of software development principles, testing, and CI/CD practices.
