    The Perks

  • Health insurance (kicks in after year one – we'll keep you alive until then)

  • Pension scheme for when you're too old to remember what coding is

  • Flexible hours and remote working post-probation

  • Career progression opportunities (Lead Developer sounds fancy, doesn't it?)

  • 3-month probation (just to make sure you're not secretly a robot)

    Why You'll Love It There

They've been delivering digital solutions since 1998 – that's some serious experience in tech years. Their platform serves thousands of users who depend on them not to break things, which keeps life interesting.

They're part of G-Cloud and DOS frameworks, so they're properly legitimate and everything.

Ready to join a team where your code actually matters and your colleagues won't judge you for talking to rubber ducks?

Apply now – they promise the interview won't include any whiteboard coding challenges involving fizzbuzz
