Ruby Engineer / Outside IR35/ Hybrid Working / 12 Month Contract

Strong grasp of release management tools (Atlassian), CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps best practices.
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance at both application and database levels.
Proactive leadership and mentorship, guiding junior team members effectively.
Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments, adept at juggling multiple priorities efficiently.
This role is Outside IR35, 12 months, and the successful candidate will work 3 days per week from their Portsmouth office.
