Salary: 72,000 - 80,000 Euros per year plus 6,000 - 8,000 Euros per year bonus.

The Role:

To take a leading role in the design, development, and optimization of my clients Python-based intelligent document processing services. You will be instrumental in advancing their SaaS product's capabilities in document data extraction, classification, and validation, ensuring our solutions are scalable, efficient, and operate with high reliability under demanding workloads.

More Detail:

Drive software development of our IDP SaaS product using a modern Python stack, consistently shipping high-quality code every sprint.
Advance our IDP platform's capabilities in line with the product roadmap, with a strong focus on enhancing AI-driven document understanding (e.g., data extraction, classification).
Ensure best coding practices, including robust testing and thorough code reviews, are implemented and upheld within the IDP development lifecycle.
Work closely with other engineers (AI, front-end, infrastructure) and product teams to align all development efforts and deliver cohesive IDP solutions.
Solve complex technical problems and eliminate performance bottlenecks within the IDP services, ensuring reliability for high-volume, low-latency document processing.
Design, build, and maintain core, scalable, and reusable components of our Python-based Intelligent Document Processing pipelines.The Person:

We are looking for someone with ideally at least 6 years' proven Python Engineering experience, coupled with experience of the following Frameworks:

Flask
Django
FastAPIProgramming:

An expert in Python (inspiring good coding practices and improving others' code quality).
Proven track record (3-5 years) in software engineering, preferably on a product
You are familiar with most important parts of a modern SaaS stack: API frameworks in python such as Django or Flask.
Databases and ORM/ODM (e.g., SQLalchemy or MongoEngine).
Task brokers and message queues (celery, AMQP).
CI/CD and pipelines.
Cloud infrastructure and deployment
Unit and integration testing (Pytest).
Experience with version control systems, particularlyCloud, infrastructure and deployment

Foundational understanding of AWS, Azure or GCP, with an awareness of deploying and managing multi-tenant infrastructure.
Ability to contribute ideas for architectural optimisation, improving scalability and robustness with support from the DevOps team.
Proficiency in Linux and command-line interface for system administration and automation.
Basic foundation in operating with cloud service providers to deploy multi-tenant infrastructures, managing and segregating user access control.
Understanding of containerised applications orchestration, including inter-service communication.Desirable Skills:

Interest or familiarity with AI is a plus, given the nature of the product
Familiarity with Agile development processes including daily stand-ups, weekly catch-ups, retrospectives, and hybrid approaches.Behavioural Competencies:
