We are seeking a Senior IT Engineer to join our clients dynamic and fast-paced team.

This is a hands-on role requiring deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong problem-solving skills.

As a Senior IT Engineer, you will provide support to our clients customers via, phone email and remote support tools. You will be responsible for investigating and resolving customer IT related queries. Occasionally you will be required to visit customers sites for troubleshooting, project-related work, and onboarding.
 
Responsibilities:

Provide remote support to investigate and resolve customer technical issues.
Assist with IT infrastructure projects, including cloud migrations and network upgrades.
Maintain and troubleshoot core infrastructure components such as servers, firewalls, and networking equipment.
Support and manage Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, including security policies, data management, and user administration.
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot backup solutions.
Conduct site visits for onboarding, troubleshooting, and project-related work.
Document processes and solutions clearly and accurately.
Proactively monitor systems and perform regular health checks to ensure the stability of client environments.
Stay up-to-date with new technologies and provide recommendations to improve IT systems and workflows.Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years’ experience in a senior IT engineering or infrastructure role.
Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, Windows environments, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
Extensive knowledge of Azure environments
Experience with tools such as Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange, Azure/AWS, VMware/Hyper-V.
Networking technologies (e.g., Wireshark, routers, firewalls and switches)
Proven ability to lead projects and solve complex technical challenges.
Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, CompTIA) are desirable.
