Project Delivery Lead

Overview
We are recruiting for a Project Delivery Lead to join a well-established IT Services company based near Chesterfield. This is a key role within the delivery function, managing a variety of client and internal IT projects and ensuring everything runs to plan.

It’s a hands-on delivery position, ideal for someone who has worked in an MSP or IT project environment and enjoys improving structure, communication and efficiency across multiple workstreams.

The Role

  • Take ownership of project delivery across infrastructure, cloud and service improvement projects.

  • Manage scheduling, resource planning and communication between technical teams and clients.

  • Oversee project governance, RAID tracking and reporting for leadership.

  • Identify risks, dependencies and opportunities to improve project flow.

  • Produce clear reports and updates for management and clients.

  • Support continuous improvement within project delivery processes.

    What We’re Looking For

  • Experience delivering IT or MSP projects end to end.

  • Confident managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Knowledge of Azure, M365, networking or cloud migration projects preferred.

  • Familiar with Prince2, Agile, ITIL or Waterfall delivery methods.

  • Naturally organised and able to bring structure and pace to a busy IT delivery team.
