Are you ready to take your engineering career to the next level by shaping mission critical software in a massive, modernisation programme? We're looking for Senior and Principal Software Engineers to help lead the evolution of a next-generation cloud platform powering globally distributed, high-impact technology solutions.

This is more than a software role. It’s an opportunity to build resilient, scalable cloud services that are used by teams and organisations around the world — all contributing to tech-for-good initiatives that genuinely make a difference. Your decisions will help drive a strategic transformation at scale.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

Tackle complex engineering challenges with modern tools, scalable architecture, and continuous delivery
Collaborate with a passionate team of engineers, architects, and product leaders driving real-world impact

What You'll Be Doing

Whether you’re a Senior ready for more ownership or a Principal keen to lead technically, you’ll:

Design, build, and scale distributed microservices using C# / .NET on AWS
Deliver reliable, secure, and high-performance APIs that support critical global workflows
Help shape engineering practices, define architectural patterns, and embed quality from the ground up
Guide and mentor other engineers, fostering continuous improvement and technical growth
Contribute to shared platform services such as tenancy management, notifications, monitoring, and access control

What You Bring

Proven experience in cloud-first software engineering roles (ideally 5+ years for Senior level)
Deep knowledge of C# / .NET, and experience building RESTful APIs and microservices
Hands-on expertise with AWS and modern engineering practices (CI/CD, TDD, SOLID, Agile)
A problem-solving mindset with the ability to design scalable, maintainable systems
Strong collaboration and communication skills — and a passion for building better together

Nice to Have (We’ll Support Learning Too)

Frontend development experience (especially with Angular)
Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, GitHub Actions, or Datadog
Familiarity with BDD (Gherkin, SpecFlow), observability tooling, and secure development practices
Experience working in highly regulated or enterprise-scale environments

What’s In It for You

Be at the forefront of a massive platform transformation — with freedom to innovate
Enjoy a hybrid working model, flexible hours, and a people-first culture
Competitive salary and benefits, including private healthcare, 25 days holiday, pension, gym subsidy, and more
A clear path for technical progression and dedicated time for personal development

Ready to build technology that reaches around the world — and makes it better?

Apply now and play a leading role in a global transformation journey driven by purpose, scale, and smart engineering
