Thrive Personnel Ltd are looking for experienced packers/factory labourers to join a busy manufacturing business in Featherstone.

In this role you will be responsible for packing products, loading and unloading materials and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This position requires working on a rotating shift schedule, including days and nights.

Responsibilities:

Pack products according to company standards and customer specifications

Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met

Load and unload materials from trucks and containers

Move materials and products to designated areas within the factory

Operate packing and loading equipment safely and efficiently

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

Work effectively as part of a team

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

Ability to lift items on a repeated basis

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Ability to work on a rotating shift schedule, including days and nights

Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Good communication and teamwork skills

Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus

Working Conditions:

Manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust and machinery

Requires standing, walking, lifting and bending

Rotating shift schedule, including days and nights

Job Type: Full-time, Temp to perm

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: £13.00 per hour
