A manufacturing company based in South West London are looking for an experienced and organised Operations Administrator to join their growing team.

The client is looking for someone who has strong attention to detail and who has office experience in operations and accounts.

The main purpose of an Operations Administrator role is to:

Updating stock with control software; assigning containers to purchase orders & sales invoices, assigning units to rental bookings & terminations.

Liaising with customers re. quotes, email enquiries, delivery, getting haulage quotes, setting up deliveries.

Running rental billing monthly and updating purchase orders

Running end of month reports for accounts deptartment to close stock figures

Debt collection

Being in charge of handling all email and phone enquiries and customer queries

Quoting customers

Completing ID checks

Updating stock

Sending termination forms

Operations Administrator Specification:

Excellent IT skills and computer literacy (Microsoft Office/ Excel/ Databases)

Experience in accounts and administration roles

Reliable, self-motivated and can work as part of a team

Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy and organisation

Good time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

Quickly adapt to new techniques, processes, technology and other ways of working

Benefits:

22 days annual leave + bank holidays – additional 3 days holiday between Christmas & New Year at management discretion

Working from home on Fridays.
