Our client, a Sheffield based software development company, is seeking experienced Lead/Senior Software Developers to join their expanding team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in the .NET and Azure ecosystems, including ASP.NET, C#, WPF, and Azure Functions. You'll benefit from working in a company that is large enough to offer challenging projects, but small enough to understand and value the contributions of each individual. With a strong focus on employee satisfaction they boast an average tenure of nine years, and offer flexible working hours with hybrid or fully remote working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Roadmap Development: Lead areas within the company's product roadmap, focusing on software design, UX, and architecture.
DevOps and CI/CD Collaboration: Work closely with the team to develop and implement DevOps and CI/CD processes for cloud systems.
Full Lifecycle Development: Participate in the full lifecycle of software development, including DevOps, third-line support, and customer feedback management. Skills and Experience Required:
Experience with Web, Desktop, and Cloud Technologies: Proficiency in working with .NET and Azure ecosystems, including C#, ASP.NET Core, Azure Functions, and related technologies.
Strong Software Development Skills: Ability to design, develop, and lead software projects with a focus on quality and innovation.
High-Level Specification Management: Experience working with high-level specifications to discover and define detailed requirements.
Excellent Communication and Teamwork Skills: Strong communication, team-working, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.Alongside a competitive salary and flexible working environment you'll receive 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), a 4% contributory pension, medical benefits package, group critical illness cover, and life insurance.
