We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Project Manager to join our dedicated delivery team.
You will play a vital role in shaping some of our exciting projects where everyone has a voice, and together we face our clients' problems head-on.
As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering real value for our customers, managing projects through there life cycles and ensuring successful outcomes.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business resources to ensure successful project delivery.

This role is base in Farnborough Hampshire, with the expectation of 4 days a week on site in the SiXworks office.
You will need a focus on people and be comfortable embracing our values, standards and our ways of working:

· Achievement - Looks to exceed customer aspirations, work to goals and manages obstacles. Energy, pride and determination in meeting targets and overcoming challenges.
· Initiative - Ability to analyse situations; decompose work into key tasks and activities; find the elusive solution.
· Development - Not willing to stand still. Wants to continually develop new skills and undertake personal training.
· Integrity - Promote a high professional standard at all times.
Responsibilities:
Project management- The ability to support all aspects of project delivery, including forecasting, change management and risk management.
Oversee deliverables from cross-functional teams, vendors, and business resources.
Foster open communication across teams to identify cross-team development dependencies and risks early on.
Experience of working in a project delivery environment with a sound understanding of Requirements, Risk, planning, communication and stakeholder management.
Problem solving- The ability to identify problems collaboratively and develop actions/solutions, communicating both to key stakeholders and presenting information through reports, dashboards and slides as appropriate. .
Market experience working within the UK Defence & Security sector is advantageous.
Qualifications:
Background in one or more of the following: PMO, planning, customer relationship management, risk management or reporting.
Relevant certifications (e.g., APMP, Prince2, Agile Certification)
1-2 years Experience of project management
Familiarity with waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Clearance Requirement:
· Sole UK National
Eligible for SC (ideally, willing to obtain DV immediately
