Are you passionate about technology and eager to grow your career in IT and Application Support? We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic IT Technical Support Analyst to join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Reading, with hybrid working options.

What You'll Be Doing:

Providing first-line technical support and delivering a world-class customer service experience
Logging, prioritising, and resolving incidents and service requests efficiently
Collaborating with 2nd Line, DevOps, and Engineering teams to investigate and resolve technical issues
Contributing to the internal knowledge base to enhance first-line fault resolution
Supporting internal users and ensuring smooth operation of IT systems

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail
Previous experience in a technical service desk or IT support role
A genuine interest in Application Support or Software Development career paths
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
Willingness to take ownership and see issues through to resolution
Minimum A-level education or equivalent

Desirable (but not essential):

CompTIA A+ or similar certification
ITIL v3/v4 Foundation
Basic troubleshooting skills in Windows, networking (LAN/WAN, IPs), and IT security
