Project Manager – Office Set-Up (4-Month Contract)

Location: Cardiff, UK (Hybrid – 1 week/month on-site)

Start Date: 2nd September 2025

£350-£400 p/day (Indide IR35) 

Duration: Until 31st December 2025 (Possible extension into 2026)

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end set-up of two new international offices – one in Dubai and one in Lithuania. This is a business and IT-focused role, managing the checklist of tasks needed to make each location fully operational.

What you’ll be doing:

Managing the full project lifecycle – from planning to execution

Coordinating internal teams, third parties and external vendors

Ensuring systems, infrastructure and operations are delivered and ready

Handling budgets, risks, and resources across both office launches

Working closely with stakeholders across multiple countries

Following established PMO processes and reporting into senior management

What we’re looking for:

3+ years in project delivery, ideally across IT and business change

Hands-on experience managing set-ups or geo-expansion work

Strong communicator – able to report clearly and keep stakeholders aligned

Confident juggling multiple workstreams and priorities

Comfortable working with tools like Azure DevOps, Confluence and MS Project

Project Management certification (PRINCE2, PMP etc.) preferred

Fluent in English. Spanish is a plus

Work setup: Full-time, hybrid. One week per month on-site (Cardiff)
