What you’ll be getting stuck into as IT Operations and Infrastructure Manager

Leading and developing the operations and service delivery function across multiple sites
Overseeing daily cloud, infrastructure and on-prem environments to ensure stability and performance
Owning Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, endpoint management, networking, patching and disaster recovery
Strengthening security posture and maintaining resilience across systems
Enabling the shift toward a DevOps and product-led delivery model
Driving measurable improvements in service quality, process efficiency and user experience
What you’ll bring to the table as IT Operations and Infrastructure Manager

Previous experience managing multi-site IT operations or infrastructure environments
Strong hands-on expertise across Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, identity management, networking and security
Experience maintaining secure, resilient and high-availability environments
Knowledge of service improvement frameworks and operational governance
Exposure to DevOps practices or supporting software delivery environments
