Up to £80,000 + Bonus + 32 Days Annual Leave (plus Bank Holidays) + Excellent Benefits

What You’ll Be Doing

  • 🤝 Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and shape technical solutions that meet real business needs

  • 🔧 Design & implement integrations across APIs, databases, and transactional systems using modern cloud and microservices architecture

  • 🧱 Build resilient components including API gateways, messaging systems, orchestration layers, and UI elements

  • 🧪 Develop high-quality code aligned with best practices in testing, release management, and agile delivery

  • 🔍 Support operations through monitoring, data optimisation, and ensuring compliance with security and governance standards

  • 🌱 Mentor & share expertise across the engineering community, championing continuous improvement and lean delivery

    What You’ll Bring

  • Integration & Solution Design: Proven experience in microservices architecture, API lifecycle management, DevOps, and automated testing

  • Cloud & Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure (APIM, Service Bus, Logic Apps, Functions, WebApps), cloud security (SAML/OAuth, RBAC), and networking

  • Software Development & Automation: Skilled in C# (.NET/.NET Core), REST APIs, SQL Server (T-SQL), Python, and front-end tech (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React). Bonus if you’ve worked with Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or cognitive services

  • Data Integration & Architecture: Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and data modelling principles

  • Collaboration & Delivery: Strong communicator with experience in Agile environments. Knowledge of the Lloyd’s insurance market is a plus
