Full Stack .NET & React Web Developer

£40,000 – £50,000 + private healthcare, rising holiday, enhanced pension, training and development

Remote (UK-based)

My client is an award-winning software organisation.  They have an unrivalled reputation, offer a supportive working environment, look after their staff extremely well and are currently growing, so it’s a great time to join them!  As they scale and innovate, they are looking for a talented Full Stack .NET & React Developer to help them shape the next generation of SaaS products.

You’ll be joining a passionate, collaborative team where your voice is heard and your ideas make a real impact. They are a remote-first company with team members across the UK, and they meet in person twice a year to connect, collaborate, and celebrate.

What You’ll Be Doing

Working across a modern tech stack—including C# .NET 8, React with Redux Toolkit, SQL Server, and Azure DevOps—you’ll help build and enhance software that solves complex problems and delivers real value to clients.

Your day-to-day will include:

Collaborating with a cross-functional team during fortnightly sprints

Designing, building, and deploying new features

Debugging and triaging software issues with our Support team

Contributing to shaping our technical direction and architecture

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a collaborative environment, and takes ownership of their work.

Must-haves:

Strong experience with C# .NET (v8 preferred) and React (with Redux Toolkit)

Knowledge of ASP.NET MVC and SQL Server relational databases

Great communication and a proactive attitude with strong teamwork skills

Nice-to-haves:

Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Microsoft Azure, and TDD/Unit Testing

Experience with Entity Framework (Core), Agile and SOLID principles

Relevant degree or equivalent real-world experience
