FLT Reach and Counterbalance Driver

Trafford Park (M17)

Temp-Perm

38 hours a week

Ongoing Monday to Friday 7:30AM - 4PM (Early finishes on Friday)

Rate of pay: £13.81 - 20.71 per hour (weekly pay)

We have an exciting opportunity for experienced FLT Reach and Counterbalance truck drivers to start in the coming weeks in the Trafford Park area.

As a forklift truck operator, your main duties would include:

Loading and unloading goods from vehicles such as lorries or vans
Moving goods packed on pallets or in crates around the storage facility (weighing 25kg)
Checking loads are secure
Stacking empty pallets
Part of the role will involve loading and unloading containers manually
Other warehouse duties outside of FLT

The ideal candidate must:

Minimum of 1 years’ experience operating FLT Reach truck.
Minimum of 1 years’ experience operating FLT Counterbalance truck.
Have a in date and external license/certificate to operate FLT Reach and Counterbalance trucks.
Be punctual and reliable
Be able to organise and prioritise workload

The role starts on an initial temporary basis but long term/potentially permanent roles are available for the right people based on your performance, attitude and attendance.
