An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an Engineering Manager to join a fast growth SaaS organisation as it expands its Technology team. We are looking for an experienced leader who has worked at senior level along with implementing the latest tech stacks and growing teams in a busy environment.

You will be experienced in scaling teams in a start-up environment, business strategy, product development, providing leadership on lean/agile principles and creating a continuous learning culture. You will be experienced in building and scaling software development teams using full stack development along with choosing the best technologies and products for the organisation. This role will give you an opportunity to work with some of the latest technology.

Ideally you will have experience of building teams in a start-up environment.

You must have experience with:

A strong background in engineering along with experience of building large scale teams.

Knowledge across a variety of cloud platforms including GCP.

Experience with Typescript and Node.js

Experienced with CI/CD, Docker and Terraform.

Knowledge of modern serverless technologies.

Experience of building a high-performance engineering team culture with mentoring and coaching processes implemented.

Experienced in utilising the latest software tools along with developing full stack platform concepts.

This role is perfect for an experienced Engineering leader who wants the opportunity to build a Software team in a start-up environment, innovating with the latest technology and helping the business grow.
