We’re on the lookout for a dynamic, strategic Cyber Transformation Lead to drive cybersecurity initiatives across both Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT). Essentially, we're looking for someone who can blend technical expertise with strong programme management skills, aligning cyber initiatives with broader business goals while boosting resilience and keeping us compliant with all the necessary standards.
Your day to day will be: 

Strategy & Execution: Lead the development and roll-out of integrated cybersecurity strategies that cover both OT and IT.
Programme Management: Take charge of cross-functional projects, ensuring that our cyber transformation initiatives are delivered on time and within scope.
Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the go-between for internal teams and external partners (think system integrators and cybersecurity vendors).
Governance & Compliance: Manage risk and ensure our processes adhere to standards like NIST, IEC 62443, and ISO27001.
Cultural Champion: Drive cyber awareness and foster a security-first mindset across the organization.
Senior Reporting: Work closely with senior leadership to keep them updated on progress, risks, and our overall performance.
Technical Leadership: Utilise your solid grounding in SCADA, ICS, IT infrastructure, and cloud security to shape our approach. You'll have the following:

A strong track record in programme or project management—ideally with experience steering complex transformation initiatives.
Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, GICSP are a plus).
Experience in industries that manage legacy or “grey” estates is beneficial, though not essential.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Flexibility to work in a hybrid model, with a commitment to be in the Exeter office 2-3 days a week. What's in it for you?
