Company Introduction:

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Architect to join a fast-paced and innovative team. This role will be instrumental in shaping cloud-based solutions and driving technical strategy across key projects.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives:

As a Cloud Architect, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and providing leadership on cloud-based solutions while ensuring quality and timely delivery. You will also play a crucial role in guiding technical teams and ensuring alignment with project objectives.

Define, develop, and manage implementation schedules, budgets, and project scope from initiation to completion.
Provide technical leadership and direction to development teams, ensuring delivery meets architectural and methodology standards.
Develop and implement release strategies, ensuring processes are efficient and cost-effective.
Analyse business objectives and recommend solutions aligned with best practice and cloud technologies.
Coordinate resources, oversee project milestones, and mitigate risks effectively.
Support and drive end-to-end architecture, ensuring timely delivery of cloud-based solutions.

Required Skills/Experience:

Strong technical background in Java, back-end development, and cloud architecture (preferably AWS).
Hands-on experience leading development teams and delivering complex projects through the full lifecycle.
In-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and architectural best practice.
Proven ability to define and maintain APIs, microservices, and CI/CD models such as Jenkins pipelines.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

Expertise with AWS services including Lambda, DynamoDB, Kinesis, API Gateway, CloudWatch, and X-Ray.
Experience with event-driven systems and frameworks such as ActiveMQ, Kafka, or AWS Kinesis.
Knowledge of AWS data pipelines, Glue, S3, Glacier, and data transfer tools such as DataSync.
