Contract Opportunity: C# Software Developer (.NET Core / Azure)
Location: Remote (UK-based)
Contract Length: 6 months (with likely extension)
Rate: £380 (Outside IR35)
Start Date: ASAP
We’re looking for a highly skilled Contract C# Software Developer to join our fast-paced delivery team. You’ll work on the development of scalable, cloud-native solutions using the latest Microsoft technologies. This is an opportunity to make an immediate impact on a high-profile project with a strong technical roadmap.
Core Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain robust back-end services using C# and .NET Core
  • Solid experience building modern front-end applications with React
  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with GraphQL.
  • Contribute to the architecture and deployment of Azure-based systems
  • Write clean, maintainable code with a strong focus on performance and scalability
  • Collaborate proactively with internal teams and stakeholders to drive delivery
    Required Skills:
  • Strong commercial experience with C#, .NET Core and preferably React.
  • Proven background in building and consuming RESTful APIs
  • Hands-on experience working with Azure services (App Services, Functions, Storage, etc.)
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative
  • Solid understanding of software engineering best practices (CI/CD, unit testing, Git)
    Nice to Haves:
  • Exposure to Terraform or infrastructure-as-code tooling
  • Familiarity with containerization (e.g. Docker)
  • Experience in DevOps workflows and deployment pipelines
