Business Applications Manager - IFS Specialist

Burton-On-Trent (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
£60,000 + £6,000 Car Allowance (£66,000 package)

The business are on a transformational ERP journey - and are looking for an IFS expert to help lead the way.

As our Business Applications Manager, you'll play a critical role in embedding and optimising a brand-new IFS Cloud ERP system, with a particular focus on the HR (HCM) module. With multiple acquisitions already completed this year and more on the horizon, this is a high-impact opportunity to shape how their systems scale with the business.

🔧 What You'll Be Doing

Acting as the IFS subject matter expert, especially across HR and Finance
Leading the integration of acquired businesses into IFS Cloud
Supporting the configuration, development, and rollout of IFS modules
Collaborating with HR, Engineering, Scheduling, and M&A teams
Providing hands-on support and training to internal users
Driving continuous improvement and innovation in our ERP landscape

✅ What We're Looking For

Proven experience with IFS ERP, ideally IFS Cloud
Strong knowledge of the IFS HCM module
Experience with on-prem to cloud migrations
Track record of ERP rollouts across multiple business units
Comfortable working onsite in Burton-On-Trent 3 days/week
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

🌟 Nice to Have

Background in manufacturing or engineering
Familiarity with IFS Finance or other business-critical modules
Experience with M&A system integration
Understanding of change management and user adoption
