We are currently seeking an experienced, highly organised breakfast chef to join us in our newly refurbished hotel in the heart of Edinburgh city centre. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 years’ experience of running your own breakfast kitchen. As a breakfast chef, you’ll be one of the first to fire up the kitchen and get the day started. We are looking to deliver high quality breakfast to our guests. Must be able to thrive under pressure, run your own team, and have a good understanding of English.

Main responsibilities are

  • Preparing fresh ingredients for cooking according to the menu

  • Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature

  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly

  • Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers.

  • Stock ordering monitor food stock levels
