Warehouse Operative Required in Wellesbourne**

We are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join an exciting and fast-paced warehouse operations team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of a leading events and bar solutions provider, delivering high-quality service at prestigious festivals and events across the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately receive, check, and store all deliveries in the warehouse.

  • Report any discrepancies between delivery paperwork and physical stock received.

  • Pick and pack orders, ensuring that stock is complete and undamaged.

  • Report any stock shortages or damages to the warehouse manager.

  • Rotate stock as required and replenish picking locations to meet event orders.

  • Assist with stock counting and record-keeping as instructed by the stock manager.

  • Work safely and hygienically, in line with company policies and health & safety regulations.

  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and yard using a "clean as you go" approach.

  • Support the team in loading vehicles for safe transportation of stock.

  • Ensure that all warehouse assets and equipment, including bar trailers and containers, are kept clean and well-maintained.

    Knowledge, Experience & Skills:

    Essential:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Willingness to take on a variety of tasks within a small, close-knit team.

  • Basic understanding of event operations and logistics.

  • Basic DIY skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

    Preferred:

  • Counterbalance forklift and Flexi forklift licence.

  • A full driving licence.

  • Commercially aware, with a passion for problem-solving and numbers.

  • Strong process-driven mindset with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
