Join Our Team as a Warehouse Operative / FLT! 🚀

Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey in the world of warehouse operations? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Warehouse Operative / FLT to join our dynamic team! If you're detail-oriented, flexible, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

📦 Ensure all daily client work orders are filled promptly upon receipt from Client Service.
⏰ Process rush work orders timely and accurately.
🗂️ Refile files, containers, and tapes daily within allocated timescales.
🧹 Maintain assigned racking and row upkeep (replace and repair containers/lids, keep floors clean).
✅ Perform auditing as per schedule or as requested.
🔥 Process destruction orders as per schedule or on request.
📝 Complete daily paperwork before leaving for the day.
🚚 Verify and load all orders according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
🛣️ Complete daily runs assigned by the supervisor and park assigned vehicles safely.
🚧 Comply with maintenance and safety checks of all record centre vehicles and equipment.
🤝 Assist in unloading/loading trucks and vans.
🏗️ Operate forklifts and/or pick lifts.Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience in a multi-drop operation service delivery role, preferably in the records management industry.
Full clean driving licence required 🚗.
Strong attention to detail is essential.
Flexibility to work across teams.
Comfort with routine lifting, bending, and overhead stretching.
Ability to operate a forklift and/or pick lift (training will be provided).
Routine scanning of materials and handling of boxes and pallet jacks.What We Offer:
