The Role

We’re looking for a proactive Projects Systems Analyst to join a growing technology team. This is a key role where you’ll bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring IT systems are efficient, secure, and aligned with strategic goals.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, evaluate and improve systems, and work closely with development and test teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities



Gather and document business and system requirements from stakeholders

*

Analyse current systems and recommend improvements or replacements

*

Design and document functional specifications and workflows

*

Liaise with developers to ensure requirements are translated into effective solutions

*

Manage system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

*

Provide support and training to end-users post-implementation

*

Maintain clear documentation and system records

*

Contribute to project planning and continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

*

Experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role

*

Strong background in gathering requirements, writing specifications, and working with developers/test teams

*

Proven ability to manage multiple projects using methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, or Scrum

*

Hands-on experience with system testing and UAT

*

Knowledge of tools such as Visio, Azure DevOps, SQL, and Microsoft Project

Desirable:

*

Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related subject

*

Professional certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundation, BCS, IIBA, TOGAF, ISTQB)

*

Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI
