Solace Messaging Administrator

You will be responsible for managing and supporting our enterprise messaging infrastructure, ensuring high availability, optimal performance, and reliability across production and non-production environments. This includes working on incident response, capacity planning, network optimization, and system observability using industry-standard monitoring tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years of experience administering enterprise-grade messaging systems.
Strong background in production support, preferably in a 24x7 enterprise environment.
Experience working with distributed systems over wide-area networks, with an understanding of networking, latency, and failover strategies.
Solid experience with system monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
Proficiency in troubleshooting message delivery, persistence, and topic routing.
Experience with capacity management, performance tuning, and system scaling.
Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems and scripting (Bash, Python, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Nice to Have:
Experience with containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Exposure to various messaging platforms.
Understanding of DevOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
