SharePoint Developer – Hybrid Working

Meriden (between Coventry & Solihull)
12-Month Fixed Term Contract – Potential to Go Permanent
Up to £50,000 DOE | Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:30

We are recruiting a SharePoint Developer to join an industry-leading recruitment company based in Meriden. This is a hybrid role, with a blend of office and remote working.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract with strong potential to become permanent for the right person.

As a SharePoint Developer, you’ll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the SharePoint intranet and policy systems. You will also support wider technology transformation initiatives, helping to drive the adoption of modern platforms and tools.

You'll work within a collaborative, agile team made up of architects, developers, analysts, and project managers. This is a hands-on role within a Microsoft-driven tech environment, with Azure as the primary cloud platform.

Key Experience Required:
Designing, deploying, and managing SharePoint environments in the cloud
Experience with Power Platform or Power Apps
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
Scripting/automation tools such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash
Logging, monitoring, and performance analysis tools
Knowledge of cloud design patterns and best practicesDon’t meet every single requirement? That’s okay – the company is open to hearing from candidates with varying levels of experience and transferable skills in tech.
What’s on Offer:
Salary up to £50,000 (depending on experience)
Hybrid working (ideally 2–3 days on site in Meriden but after a few months only 1-2 days per month is needed in the office)
