In this varied role You will be a technical partner embedded in the development process, ensuring quality is baked into every feature. Moving beyond traditional QA, you will own unit and integration testing, enhance Ruby/RSpec backend services, and collaborate with iOS and Android teams to maintain high-standard automation across the entire ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will Have a deep understanding of the SDLC, with the ability to navigate complex Ruby codebases and contribute directly to RSpec suites. Beyond just finding bugs, you will be a specialist in testability, advising on how architecture can be designed to be more verifiable from the outset. You will be key to ensuring that every automated test provides clear business value and integrates seamlessly into a high-velocity CI/CD environment.

The Role:

Design automated tests alongside developers to validate core business functionality.
Own unit and integration testing across Ruby and mobile platforms.
Maintain scalable test suites within CI/CD for rapid, reliable deployments.
Advise on testability and code quality during architecture and peer reviews.The Person:

Deep experience in Ruby, RSpec, and mobile automation frameworks.
Strong technical understanding of the full development lifecycle.
Partners with Product and Engineering to drive quality strategies.
Able to commute to London 1 day a week.
