Salary: £50,000 + benefits
Location: Onsite, Eastbourne

Are you a Microsoft powerhouse ready to take the lead on complex technical challenges? We're looking for an experienced Senior Microsoft Specialist (3rd Line Engineer) to join our growing IT team and provide expert-level support, guidance, and solutions across our Microsoft stack.

🌐 About the Role

As a Senior Microsoft Specialist, you'll act as the go-to expert for all things Microsoft, leading on 3rd line escalations, delivering infrastructure projects, and mentoring junior engineers. You'll bring deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and Active Directory, with the confidence to troubleshoot, design, and implement scalable enterprise solutions.

🔧 What You'll Do

Provide expert-level support across Microsoft technologies (M365, Azure, Windows Server, AD, Exchange, Intune, etc.)
Take ownership of critical 3rd line incidents, ensuring swift resolution and root cause analysis
Lead infrastructure and cloud migration projects end-to-end
Support security and compliance initiatives across Microsoft environments
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and clients to understand technical requirements
Document processes and contribute to improving operational procedures
Mentor and support 1st and 2nd line engineers🧠 What You Bring

Proven experience in a senior 3rd line engineer or Microsoft specialist role
Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, Exchange Online, Windows Server, and PowerShell
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to handle high-pressure escalations
Experience with hybrid environments and cloud migrations
Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-100, MS-101, AZ-104, or similar)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills✅ Bonus Skills

Knowledge of security best practices and Microsoft Defender stack
Experience working in managed services or multi-client environments
