Do you love solving complex problems and building products real people rely on every day?

This established company has spent 25 years helping tell some of the world’s most iconic stories. With a team of 140 and a deep commitment to quality, they’re looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to craft sophisticated client experiences within the music world.

You’re a thoughtful, solutions-driven engineer who cares about architecture, performance, scalability and long-term product impact. You don’t just close tickets, you take ownership, think systemically and value clean, usable, maintainable code.

Collaboration is second nature to you. You enjoy pairing, knowledge sharing and healthy technical debate. You’re curious about tooling, infrastructure and already exploring how AI can enhance your workflow.

The Role:

You’ll join a small, cross-functional team spanning product, design, research, engineering and operations. It’s a flat structure built on shared ownership and trust, with real influence over not just how things are built, but what gets built. People around you will push you to be your best and they love getting out for lunch together!

The roadmap focuses on meaningful workflow challenges, including:

  • Intelligent search and discovery experiences
  • Seamless, responsive user journeys
  • Simplifying complex processes
  • Ensuring performance and reliability at scale

With a front-end focus, you’ll work across the product and stack, with scope to deepen your knowledge of infrastructure and tooling.

    Tech Stack:

  • TypeScript / JavaScript
  • React, Next.js
  • Vercel, AWS Serverless (Lambda, API Gateway)
  • SQL Server, Algolia
  • TeamCity (CI/CD)

    What You’ll Find:

  • A thoughtful, craft-led engineering culture
  • Time to make sound architectural decisions
  • Close collaboration with product and design
  • Genuine ownership and accountability
  • A stable, commercially established business

This isn’t “move fast and break things.” It’s about building well, sustainably and responsibly, while working on complex, interesting problems.

If you’re motivated by craft over hype and want to build reliable, well-designed tools at the heart of how people work, apply now or contact Simon Morris at Ithika Recruitment for a detailed discussion.

How Many Cloud Computing Tools Do You Need to Know to Get a Cloud Job?

If you are aiming for a role in cloud computing, it can feel like the skills list never ends. One job advert asks for AWS, Terraform and Kubernetes. Another mentions Azure DevOps, PowerShell and ARM templates. A third throws in Docker, Python, Linux, CI/CD, monitoring tools and security frameworks. It is no surprise that many cloud job seekers feel overwhelmed before they even apply. Here is the reality most cloud hiring managers agree on: they are not hiring you because you know every cloud tool. They are hiring you because you understand cloud concepts, can design reliable systems, manage costs, keep things secure and support real workloads. Tools matter, but only when they support outcomes. So how many cloud computing tools do you actually need to know to get a job? For most roles, the answer is far fewer than you think. This article explains what employers really expect, which tools are essential, which are role-specific, and how to focus your learning so you look capable and employable rather than scattered.

What Hiring Managers Look for First in Cloud Computing Job Applications (UK Guide)

Whether you’re aiming for roles in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Site Reliability, Cloud Architecture, Security, Data/Analytics, or Platform Operations, hiring managers screen applications quickly and with specific priorities in mind. Hiring managers don’t read every detail at first; they scan for critical signals in the first 10–20 seconds. These early signals determine whether your CV gets read more closely, whether your LinkedIn profile gets clicked, and whether you’re invited to interview. This guide breaks down, in practical terms, exactly what hiring managers look for first in cloud computing applications — and what you should emphasise in your CV, cover letter and portfolio to stand out on www.cloudcomputingjobs.co.uk .
