Senior Dynamics 365 Engineer - Hybrid Working (Wembley/Basingstoke)

An established organisation is currently seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Engineer to join its forward-thinking IT function, working within a hybrid model from the Basingstoke or Wembley area (1/2 days onsite per week).

In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for the design, delivery, and ongoing support of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure technology investments continue to drive value and efficiency across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead product releases for D365, evaluating Microsoft roadmap updates and incorporating business-led changes.
Provide technical leadership and strategic insight into platform adoption and service innovation.
Develop planning estimates for D365 and Power Platform implementations.
Monitor system performance, manage storage, and drive cost optimisation.
Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to enhance system functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents within an ITIL-aligned framework.
Administer user roles, licensing, and permissions for optimal platform utilisation.
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to long-term system planning.
Support service desk teams in issue resolution and knowledge sharing.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Power Platform.
Proficient in Microsoft Azure integration, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
Skilled with tools like PowerApps, Power BI, Common Data Service, and Office 365.
Experienced in Agile delivery and customer-focused solution design.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
