We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to design and implement scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of Salesforce products, architecture best practices, and a strong ability to lead development teams and interface with stakeholders to deliver high-quality CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Community Clouds.
Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform.
Define technical strategy and architecture for Salesforce and related technologies (e.g., MuleSoft, Heroku, APIs).
Serve as the subject matter expert on Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, and data modelling.
Guide technical teams in the implementation of Salesforce solutions, including custom development, integrations, and data migration.
Ensure the architecture supports non-functional requirements such as performance, security, scalability, and compliance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
Perform code reviews and mentor developers on Salesforce best practices.
Stay current on Salesforce platform updates, roadmap, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Expereince with Salesforce platform development and architecture.
Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
Proven experience with Salesforce data modelling and integration patterns.
Salesforce Architect certifications preferred (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect).
Experience with CI/CD tools and Salesforce DevOps.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with third-party tools like Conga, DocuSign, or Salesforce CPQ.
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
Familiarity with data security and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
