Senior Rust Developer (x3) | Permanent | London (2 days/week hybrid) | Iconic Brand in Retail & Hospitality

We are working with household name that's leading a digital transformation in the retail and restaurant industry. Looking to hire 3 Mid / Senior Rust Developers to build high-performce, scalable systems that support millions of real-time transactions every day.

Location: Hybrid - 2 days per week in our central London HQ
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £60,000 - £85,000 per annum + benefits
Domain: Retail / Hospitality / Consumer Tech
Tech Stack: Rust, Cloud (AWS/GCP), Microservices, Event-driven architecture

Bonus: background in retail tech, hospitality platforms, or consumer product engineeringWhat you'll do:

Build and maintain critical services and APIs in Rust
Help design and evolve our event-driven microservice ecosystem using Rust as a core language
Write high-performance code to support large-scale data and transaction flows
Contribute to team-wide standards and architectural best practices in our Rust codebase
