Recruitment Consultant (Junior candidates will be considered) (IT, Software & AI)

Salary: Highly competitive (Depending on experience) + Commission + Equity and share options, additional bonus and an attractive benefits package! Year 1 OTE £35k uncapped Year 2 50k plus uncapped

Location: Poole (Hybrid role)

We are a technology-focused recruitment agency founded in 2021. We cover the full spectrum of IT Technology and Digital Creative - i.e., including Marketing. Our expertise in Software Development, Data, Projects & Change, and DevOps & Infrastructure for both contract and permanent markets.

As the growth of the team at Connect Group Recruitment continues at a pace, the IT & Technology division continues to break new ground, and we are eager to find great people to be a part of that journey.

We have a warm desk for a consultant to step into. A thoroughly mapped out market, an extremely large database of candidates to work with, including some existing clients to pick up.

    You will have the following attributes:

  • Understanding of the specific industry or sectors you are recruiting for.

  • 6 months recuritment experience

  • 1-3 years' experience in sales, Account management or target driven environment

  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a growth-focused mindset

  • Driven by results and exceeding targets

  • Great written and verbal communication skills

  • Good attention to detail
