As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll play a key role in delivering secure, cloud-based IP solutions that meet customer requirements for operations, maintenance, and service reliability. Working in a dynamic, customer-facing environment, you’ll collaborate with internal and external experts to design, implement, and validate tailored solutions. You’ll also project manage smaller-scale initiatives, ensuring delivery within time, quality, and budget constraints.

Responsibilities:

Manage technical requirements throughout the project lifecycle—from bid stage to customer handover.
Design and implement infrastructure and network solutions, including IP communications and cloud-based systems.
Oversee system integration, validation, and acceptance, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Project manage smaller initiatives, including financial forecasting and commercial oversight.
Collaborate with internal teams (Development, DevOps, Support, and PMs) to align solutions with business needs.
Identify and drive process and product improvement opportunities.
Provide clear technical communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Travel to customer sites and attend meetings, with overnight stays as required. Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience in delivering infrastructure and network solutions.
Strong knowledge of IP communications, network configuration, and Linux/Windows environments.
Experience managing projects with financial and commercial accountability.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to foresee and resolve issues.
Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
BSc/BA in a related STEM discipline or equivalent professional experience.
Desirable: Certifications such as CCNA or experience with cloud solutions (e.g., AWS). What We Offer:
