At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Production Operative to work with an important company in the Bristol area.

No Part time options. Only Full time. Must be able to work on weekends and specially Sundays.

Shift Patterns:

4x4 (4 day work - 4 day rest) 6AM start, 12 hours shifts (11.5 paid).
4x4 (4 night work - 4 night rest) 6PM start, 12 hours shifts (11.5 paid).Pay Rates

Days 6AM start - £12.90/hour, OT paid after 48 hours with £16.13 /hour.
Nights 6PM start - £13.90/hour, OT paid after 48 hours with £17.38 /hour.
6 month contract with guaranteed shifts!As a Production Operative you will need to have:

Basic spoken and written English required.
Good numeracy skills.
Good work ethic.
Previous food production experience is desirable but not required as full training is provided.
Must be over 18 years old.
Own or public transport to get to the site located in Unit 4, Distribution Pk, Hawkley Dr, Bradley Stoke, Bristol, BS32 0BF.Role may include:

Operating machinery and equipment as required for the above activity (full training provided).
Physical tasks - manual handling of 5-20 kg ingredient sacks or containers, cleaning equipment, maintaining housekeeping, and ensuring a clean, safe environment.
Carrying out a variety of cleaning duties as directed.
Cooking - mixing ingredients and raw materials in large kettles to produce soups, sauces. You follow written recipes, specifications, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality.
Weighing and batching ingredients, both in the cooking area and at the "weigh room", preparing them accurately for each batch.
Assisting with the achievement of production targets.
Demonstrating the competent application of good manufacturing practices required to consistently operate to high standards of food quality and food safety.
Complying with Company hygiene policies and procedures when undertaking operations while maintaining high standards of personal hygiene.Benefits of working with us as a Production Operative :
