We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing team in Dereham. This role involves supporting the production line by performing a variety of tasks to ensure efficient operations and high-quality output.
 
Duties:

Operating and minding production machinery to ensure smooth and continuous operation
Filling bags and containers using machinery as well as hand filling where necessary
Wrapping and packing finished products accurately and efficiently to meet quality standards
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines
Assisting with routine quality checks and reporting any issues or defects
Supporting team members to meet daily production targets
