Role: Machine Operative

Location: Wakefield

Rate of pay: £12.29/hr

Shifts: 4 on 4 off 12 hours shift days & nights (includes weekend work).

First Choice are currently recruiting on behalf of our customer, an international manufacturer of beverage containers. We are looking for experience machine operatives for a role at their busy Wakefield facility.

Ideal candidates will have experience in a similar role and industry. Full training will be provided.

Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Machine operating

  • Quality checks

  • Entering information into computer system

  • Working to high standards of Health & Safety and Food Safety

  • General warehouse duties as required

  • Housekeeping and cleaning equipment as required

    The rota is 2 dayshifts, 6am-6pm then 2 nightshifts 6pm-6am on a 4 on 4 off rotation, which will include working weekends and bank holidays.
