Are you a skilled Linux Systems Administrator available for your next contract? Our client is urgently seeking a hands-on and reliable Linux expert to join their infrastructure team on a short-term engagement to support critical systems maintenance and project work.

Key Responsibilities

System Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, and maintain Linux operating systems and associated software. Set up hardware and software environments, including servers, storage devices, and peripherals.
System Monitoring & Maintenance
User & Access Management
Security Administration
Back-Up and disaster recovery
Scripting & AutomationRequired Skills

Strong knowledge of Linux Operating Systems
Shell Scripting Proficiency
Strong networking & firewall concepts
Experience with Security best practice & tools
Familiarity with Config management tools, for example Ansible/puppetGreat to have,

Virtualization / Cloud (AWS/Azure) / Database Administration / Docker or Kubernetes / Disaster Recovery
