Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement QA Strategies: Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive QA strategies, including automated testing frameworks and test suites for RF/Telecomm applications.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with developers and project managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, identify testing needs early in the development process, and ensure alignment on quality objectives. 
Continuous Integration and Delivery: Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins to ensure seamless integration and deployment of code changes. 
Mentorship and Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop QA team members, fostering a culture of quality, ownership and continuous improvement within the team. 
Defect Management: Analyze test results, document defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues promptly.
Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Required Qualifications:

Experience: 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong focus on automated testing and QA leadership. 
 
Technical Proficiency:
Strong programming skills in Python and Java.
Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab/GitHub CI.
Agile Methodologies: Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum/Kanban. 
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

Soft Skills:

Analytical Thinking: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to diverse audiences.
Leadership: Demonstrated leadership abilities, including mentoring team members and leading by example.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
