Lead Salesforce DevOps Developer - Contact Centre Platform
Salary: up to £100,000 per annum
Location: Hybrid (UK-Based)
Clearance: SC Cleared or SC Eligible (5 years UK residency)

🔍 What You'll Be Doing:

Leading the development lifecycle in a scrum team across solution design, build, deployment, and support.
Ensuring best practices are followed using tools like Copado, GitHub, Codescan.io, Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code, and more.
Managing and monitoring code quality, performing code reviews, and validating test coverage.
Maintaining a Kanban board and contributing to Agile ceremonies, including estimation sessions and retrospectives.
Leading deployment readiness, including rehearsals, implementation planning, and governance alignment.
Designing and running Proof of Concepts (POCs).
Tracking contact centre performance metrics and ensuring platform uptime.
Supporting and mentoring junior developers and collaborating closely with testers and cross-functional team members.🧩 What You Bring:

Salesforce expertise - Service Cloud, Service Cloud Voice, Experience Cloud, Salesforce Classic & Lightning Web Components (LWC/Aura).
DevOps savvy - Proven experience with deployment pipelines, automation, and tooling.
Architecture know-how - Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and scalable design principles.
Amazon Connect experience - Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) integration knowledge.
Strong documentation and communication skills - able to present clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A team-oriented mindset - collaborative, supportive, and passionate about sharing knowledge
