This is a golden opportunity to join my client, a trusted, sustainably-minded Technology Company renowned for providing innovative, intelligent technological solutions to the environmental sector. They are searching for a capable, dedicated Senior Full Stack Systems Developer with knowledge of, and an evident passion for, the environment. The ideal candidate will be keen to take on a variety of challenging projects whilst leading an already-established team of professionals, based just outside the exciting, convenient location of Greater London.

Responsibilities for the role of Senior Full Stack Systems Developer include:

Managing an already-established team of experts in the field
Overseeing the production, deployment, and continued development of the company's products across the environmental sector, focusing on business development and strategy
Ensuring the continued maintenance of the company's core products and services, to the highest of standards
Taking responsibility for the long-term quality and security of the Source Code

Required skills and experience for the role of Senior Full Stack Systems Developer include:

A Degree (or higher qualification) in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar, relevant field
Considerable experience of working in a Full Stack Developer role
Extensive experience of overseeing the Full Software System Lifecycle of a product
Experience of working with software systems/programmes within an environmental setting
Demonstrable experience in the use of Java Middleware, API, Docker, and MQ systems
Good working knowledge of performance and security in Enterprise Systems
Experience of working with networks: LAN & WAN/Internet and Security
Prior experience of Database Access Design and Application Optimisation
Demonstrable experience of working with Human Computer Interaction (HCI) in Software Systems, including Machine-to-Machine Automation Technologies
Keen proficiency in Software System Design, Development, Testing, and Deployment Strategies for High Availability

Desirable skills and experience for the role of Senior Full Stack Systems Developer include:

Experience of developing software products for use within a Water/Hydrological Environment (e.g. flood risk and mitigation, water quality testing, etc.)
Prior experience with Deep Learning Neural Network Platforms
Previous experience with Enterprise Linux Platforms
Experience of leading/mentoring a team of developers
