Lead Azure DevOps Engineer / Azure DevOps Engineer
Location: London / Hybrid
Salary: £65k - £100k + benefits

Deerfoot Recruitment is assisting a global consultancy client with the search for both a Lead Azure Engineer and also an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to support a range of Azure infrastructure initiatives within a forward-thinking environment.

The Role:
The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable Azure cloud solutions using modern DevOps practices. You will be responsible for building and managing robust CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and Azure cloud services, while working collaboratively with developers, architects, and operations teams.

Key Skills & Experience:

Strong hands-on experience with Azure infrastructure and DevOps tools
Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Bicep and ARM templates
Azure DevOps (ADO) with YAML pipelines
Experience with Function Apps, Logic Apps, Service Bus, APIM, and App Services
Excellent scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python
Strong grasp of Azure networking, security, and identity management
Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Log Analytics, Application Insights
Knowledge of GitOps and DevSecOps practices
Previous experience in cost monitoring and performance optimisation on AzureCertifications such as AZ-104, AZ-204, AZ-400, AZ-305, and AZ-500 are highly desirable.
