Role: Innovation Developer

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Windsor - Hybrid (1 day a month in office)

Rate: Competitive via Umbrella

Role Overview:

As an Innovation Developer, you will transform visionary ideas into tangible prototypes and proof of concepts (POCs) using cutting-edge AI and full-stack technologies. Your role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between theoretical innovation and practical application, ensuring reliable, testable products that align with strategic initiatives in renewable energy and smart technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

POC Development & Prototyping: Craft robust, scalable prototypes and POCs showcasing the value of new ideas, integrating AI with front-end and back-end systems.
AI & Machine Learning Implementation: Design and deploy AI/ML models to extract insights from energy data and enhance customer experience.
Full-Stack Development: Architect end-to-end solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance across the tech stack.
Technical Innovation: Leverage technologies like large language models, computer vision, and predictive analytics to tackle complex challenges.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Innovation Designers to align technical development with design concepts and business goals.
Agile Methodology: Employ agile practices for high-quality code production and iterative feedback.
Cloud and DevOps Implementation: Manage applications in cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and enhance deployment efficiency with CI/CD pipelines.
Design Skills Application: Contribute to user interface and experience aspects, focusing on intuitive AI interactions and data visualizations.
Knowledge Sharing: Mentor team members in emerging AI technologies and modern development practices.
Stakeholder Interaction: Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and validate technical aspects of innovations.Skills & Experience:

Extensive experience as a full-stack developer with proficiency in multiple languages and technologies, particularly in AI engineering.
Hands-on experience with advanced technologies such as large language models (LLMs), computer vision, and data science.
Strong background in innovation and POC development, with a focus on idea generation rather than product management.
Experience in startups or small businesses, adept at navigating agile environments and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
Familiarity with cloud technologies is advantageous; mobile development experience is a plus!
