We’re looking for a Dynamics 365 Developer (CE & Power Platform) to join a high-performing product team delivering impactful solutions across Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing - with a strong focus on Omnichannel and Copilot Studio.

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

As a key member of the product team, you’ll:

  • Design and build custom solutions within Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform

  • Lead development across Customer Service, Sales & Marketing

  • Configure and optimise Omnichannel & Copilot Studio (live chat, voice, digital messaging, IVR)

  • Develop using C# (.NET), JavaScript, SQL, HTML

  • Create and manage Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI

  • Own integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Key Vault

  • Architect and govern enterprise-scale Dataverse environments

  • Implement CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps

  • Support ALM best practices (solution layering, source control)

  • Troubleshoot and maintain applications within an ITIL service environment

  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement

    You’ll collaborate closely with Product Owners, DevOps Leads, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams - communicating complex technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

    Experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform

  • Strong background in solution design and enterprise integrations

    Technical Expertise

  • Omnichannel & Copilot Studio (IVR setup essential)

  • Power Platform development (Apps, Automate, BI, Pages)

  • C#, JavaScript customisations, workflows, custom actions

  • Dataverse architecture & governance

  • Azure integrations

  • DevOps & CI/CD (Azure DevOps)

  • XRM Toolbox proficiency

  • Field Service & IoT configuration

  • Large-scale data migrations into Dataverse

  • Eligibility for (or holding) SC Clearance
